All vendor booth payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once a space is reserved. This includes vendor cancellations, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, and weather-related cancellations or interruptions. If Lone Star Treasure Market cancels the entire event and does not reschedule it, vendors will receive a refund or may choose to transfer their payment to a future market.
