Products & Handmade Nature

Evermore Heirloom creates handcrafted wood art and décor. Because natural wood varies, each piece may have differences in grain, knots, color, texture, and finish. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our work and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to accurately represent our work, but colors and wood tones may appear slightly different depending on lighting, materials, and your screen.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Some products are made after an order is placed. Because these pieces are individually handcrafted, production times are estimates and may vary.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are generally final sale once production has begun, except in cases of damage, defect, or an error on our part.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required when an order is placed unless another arrangement is specifically offered.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, material availability, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Shipping

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Evermore Heirloom is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our posted Return & Refund Policy.
